House of Contamination

German design firm Raumlabor built the House of Contamination, an indoor structure made of garbage and appliances. The village isn't built to last, but it resembles some post-apocalyptic dwelling out of WALL-E.

House of Contamination is a part of this year’s Artissima International Art Fair. Made up of everything from used clothing to discarded electronics, this temporary structure will house other installations within its trashy walls.

Everything was intercepted from the recycling process and taken to be used as main building element. Even the furniture has been constructed of obsolete appliances.

It's amazing what you can do with unused clothes... I really recommend everyone who reads this post to check Raumlabor website. Great creative designs...

Enjoy...
